With 30 years in the field, his core mission is guiding others through the process of authentic personal transformation. By merging behavioral science with deep faith, Larry helps clients break through stagnant patterns to find lasting growth. Whether on stage or in a coaching session, he empowers people to remove their masks and build a life of genuine purpose and emotional resilience.

Alongside his wife Adria Walters, Larry co-leads L & A Life Solutions, a relationship coaching practice dedicated to helping couples communicate deeply and build lasting connection. Together they offer a combined voice that is both personal and practical — speaking from their own story as well as from years of coaching experience.

As a Certified DISC Trainer with more than 18 years of experience, Larry helps individuals, couples, and organizations understand behavioral patterns, improve communication, and build healthier team cultures. He is the author of six books, including Maskulinity: Removing the Mask, Restoring the Man; Pain in the Pews: From Trauma to Transformation; Wounded Worshiper: Healed Before Sealed; and Love, Language and Personality. His writing, speaking, and coaching all share the same foundation: transformation is not a moment — it's a process, and it's available to everyone willing to do the work.
