Larry Walters is a professional speaker, author, Certified DISC Trainer, and Health and Life Coach with more than 30 years of platform experience. He is the founder of Maskulinity — a men's empowerment brand built at the intersection of faith, behavioral science, and personal transformation — and facilitates the Manhood Without a Model Mentorship Program at Oakwood University, where he works directly with young men navigating life without a father figure present.
Alongside his wife Adria Walters, Larry co-leads L & A Life Solutions, a relationship coaching practice dedicated to helping couples communicate deeply and build lasting connection. Together they offer a combined voice that is both personal and practical — speaking from their own story as well as from years of coaching experience.
As a Certified DISC Trainer with more than 18 years of experience, Larry helps individuals, couples, and organizations understand behavioral patterns, improve communication, and build healthier team cultures. He is the author of six books, including Maskulinity: Removing the Mask, Restoring the Man; Pain in the Pews: From Trauma to Transformation; Wounded Worshiper: Healed Before Sealed; and Love, Language and Personality. His writing, speaking, and coaching all share the same foundation: transformation is not a moment — it's a process, and it's available to everyone willing to do the work.
